You're Not Broken. You're Just in the Middle of Something Real.

I walk with people in transition — feet on the ground, no guru pedestals, just honest company for the journey.

“Working with Alex has literally undone years of trauma within the first three sessions.”

What We Actually Work On Together

Stop Rushing Through Your Life

Learn to slow down without feeling guilty about it. Sometimes the sitting is the shift.

Figure Out Who You Are When No One's Clapping

Navigate changes in identity—personally and professionally—without losing yourself in the process.

Get Comfortable in the In-Between

Life's messiest moments often hold the most meaning. Let's find yours.

Remember Who You Were Before the World Told You Who to Be

Less becoming "better," more coming home to who you already are.

I'm here to walk beside you — feet on the ground, no guru pedestals, just honest company for the journey.

Hey 👋 I'm Alex Lovell — Political Psychologist, Yoga Therapist, and guide for people who are technically doing fine but quietly wondering if there's more.

I work with the in-betweeners navigating life's transitions. The ones who've outgrown old roles but haven't figured out what's next. The ones tired of being told they need to "heal" before they're allowed to live.

I blend psychological depth with embodied wisdom, drawing from research on identity and belonging alongside practices from multiple yogic lineages, breathwork, and mindfulness. Together, we explore those in-between spaces where old patterns soften and something truer emerges.

My approach is simple: becoming whole doesn't require fixing yourself — it requires remembering who you already are beneath the noise, the performance, and the pressure to change.

What my clients are saying:

Jackie K.

Client Success Manager

“Alex simply gave me the space and tools to learn what I already knew I needed. I just needed to hear it from myself, that was what I was missing. He surrounded me with care. He listened. And when I finally realized an important truth for me, he sat with me through it. I just felt safe to cry it out. And then I was ready to move forward.”

LouAnn P.

Cashier

“I didn’t realize that I was burned out, not because of work, but because of everything I stopped doing for myself. And after a few months of working deeply with Alex, I realized that I stopped caring for myself because I was ashamed.

I was so ashamed of living a life I didn’t want, that I simply forgot to live. Now, I am honestly the happiest I have been, even without my dream life.

It’s because I chose myself again. I chose to live. And that is because of coaching with Alex.”

Galen T.

Attorney

“Before coaching, I was impulsively jumping from one possible road or opportunity to the next without any commitment and a lot of fear. I’ve worked with life coaches in the past and had good results, but with Alex, I’ve found a greater ability to turn to myself for answers. I have found that motivation and clarity I find actually stick because, like in the movie Inception, the truths I arrive at are self-generated. He’s a catalyst for making stable and consistent changes that have empowered me to stitch the fabric of my life together in a new direction. I am excited to continue my journey with newfound trust in myself and hope rather than fear.”

If you are here, you are meant to move forward.

You don't need fixing—you need remembering.

I'll walk with you as you return to yourself.
